- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1β2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
π Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Shipping in the Contiguous U.S.: Free standard shipping, with no order minimum, is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside this service area.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery is estimated at about 9β12 business days from order placement, including processing and transit. Actual arrival times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping conditions.
- Protective Packaging: Microscopes and optical components are securely packed with protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your shipment through our Track My Order page.
π‘οΈ Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer packaging and the product.
If your shipment appears lost or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
